2. What data we process and why

The only personal data collected through this website is what you voluntarily submit via the contact form: your name, e-mail address and the message content. We process it solely to reply to your enquiry and handle further correspondence (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR - pre-contractual steps and the controller's legitimate interest).

3. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools that collect personal data. If this changes, we will update this document and ask for the required consent.

4. Data recipients

Form data is transmitted and stored within the infrastructure of our technical providers: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and e-mail delivery). Providers process the data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.

5. Retention period

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and then for a maximum of 12 months after the last contact - unless further storage is required in connection with a concluded contract or a legal obligation.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict its processing and to object to it. To exercise these rights, write tocontact@basaltinteractive.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - in Estonia the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (AKI).

7. Transfers outside the EEA

Our providers may process data in third countries (including the USA). In such cases the transfer relies on standard contractual clauses or European Commission adequacy decisions.
